Both teams played strong, but the second half was played almost exclusively in Mexico’s offensive end as they managed six shots on goal. Guatemala, which had just one shot on goal in the first half, was held without one in the second half.

Brazil wins over South Africa 1-0, but let’s be honest: Brazil’s team failed to have a good display both at the individual and at the collective level, while South Africa played focused on the game during 90 minutes. But while Brazil’s performance was poor, they still deserve respect.

Brazil defeats Italy 3-0!
Brazil defeats Italy 3-0 and leads them to the semi-finals of the FIFA Confederations Cup. The two scores from Luis Fabiano and one from Andrea Dossena sealed the deal.
Brazil will now take on South Africa in the second semi-final in Johannesburg on Thursday.
